MEMEME is a concept band from Minnesota. We’re a Minnesota band who makes Minnesota sounds
MEMEME started out as a studio project which was supposed to sound like a live band but was actually was an in-studio experiment. After Cassidy and Andy wrote a few songs together, bass was called for with Justin Johnson and the writing process continued. After Justin was onboard with the project, an awesome offer from Ryan Moore showed up, who wanted to be the drummer for the group. During Ryan’s first practice the basic skeleton of the group had already been written so Ryan learned and perfected the songs rather quick. Final touch? Fun Bunch himself Mark McGuiness brought the flavor with his keys.
